Meet Kelsey.
I am an experienced classroom teacher and private tutor who works with elementary and middle-school students across subject areas. I especially value helping students who need something more individualized than a busy classroom can provide.
My sessions combine direct instruction, conversation, practice, and creative learning activities. The goal is not simply to finish tonight’s assignment. It is to help your student understand what they are doing and feel more capable the next time they face it.

Before the first session: You’ll share the student’s grade, subject needs, and what you hope tutoring will accomplish.
